Holistic fitness is all about finding YOUR balance. It’s about regular physical activity, mindful eating, mental health and attending to our spiritual needs. It’s an understanding that everything we do is connected, so when we try and change one area of our lives without paying attention to the other ones, we struggle.
AND I don’t want you to struggle babe!!! I struggled with crash dieting, unsustainable training and poor mental health for a very long time. I tried focusing just on my body and the way I looked with bikini competing and I was not happy.
I tried focusing just on my mental health and spiritual needs without exercise or eating nourishing foods and it did NOT work. We need balance in all areas of our lives in order to be content.

IS THIS PERSONALIZED COACHING?
No this is not personalized coaching however, you will be able to choose a training plan that suits your experience level, equipment and training availability as well as your goals. You will also be educated about training ,nutrition and mindset so you can apply these principles to your own life. You can also ask any specific questions that relate to you in our private community and receive an answer from me! If you’re looking for personalized nutrition & training coaching then the Fit Goddess Academy might be a better fit.
DO I NEED GYM ACCESS OR EQUIPMENT?
No. You will have an option to choose from a bodyweight program, dumbbell only program and a gym program.
